Hotels with free cancellation in Palau
Koror contains much of Palau’s visitor accommodation and services. Airai sits at the southern end of Babeldaob, includes the international airport and connects by road to Koror. Islands beyond this connected area, including Peleliu, require separate arrangements. Pick a base around the balance of marine activities and overland visits you want to make.
Flexibility belongs to the rate you select
One hotel can sell the same room under several sets of terms. Free cancellation does not necessarily mean no prepayment. Keep the terms displayed when you book and check transfers or added services separately.
- The cancellation deadline and its time zone
- Charges after the deadline and for a no-show
- Any advance payment and the refund method
The setting in Palau
A stay sold around diving or excursions may contain very different services from a room-only reservation. Compare the outings, equipment where supplied, meals and transport arrangements. Request a breakdown of any activity-related charges too. These details need confirmation for your particular programme, rather than being inferred from the general description of the package.
Ask your boat operator whether it collects from the exact hotel address before choosing a room on proximity to Koror alone.
